   Each crystal is inherently natural, adorned with the imperfections bestowed by Mother Nature. By claiming and purchasing them, you embrace their unique appearances—flaws and all. I will highlight any visible imperfections to the best of my ability during confirmation, but natural inclusions, textures, or irregularities are part of their beauty and not considered defects.
   
   
2. Spiritual & Health Disclaimer
   All metaphysical properties shared are intended for informational and spiritual reference only, drawn from cultural and collective beliefs worldwide. These properties are NOT intended to replace professional medical, psychological, or other expert advice or treatment.
   Crystals are not medical tools and should never be used to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you have a health concern, always seek guidance from a licensed healthcare professional. I/my brand am not liable for any health-related outcomes or decisions made based on metaphysical interpretations.
   
   
3. Energetic & Individual Experience
   Crystals and spiritual tools affect everyone differently. There is no guarantee that each person will experience the same results or energy, nor to the same extent. By claiming and purchasing, you understand and accept full responsibility for your personal journey with the items.
   
   
4. Use Around Children, Pets & Sensitive Individuals
   Some crystals may not be suitable for young children, pets, or individuals sensitive to energy. Please use discretion and keep all items safely stored when not in use. Always research or ask if unsure. Otherwise, crystals are for everyone and anyone. 
   
   
5. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
   I am not liable for any lost parcels, shipping delays, or items damaged during shipment. Once your order is handed to the courier, it is out of my control. However, I will always do my utmost to ensure your crystals are packed safely and securely for their journey to you.
   
   

6. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, I and my brand shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any of the products.

7. Intellectual Property
   All product names, content, and original designs are the intellectual property of Your Sixth Sense. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Purchasing Terms
   By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a legal guardian. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Be Your Own Designer (BYOD):

• All designs are created and hand-made by me, collaborated with you, for you.
• All BYOD bracelets start from $50 and a deposit is to be paid first.
• Restringing of my designs are FOC

Resizing bracelets:

• All designed pieces, sizes 17 and up are subjected to additional resizing charges.
• Restringing or DIY charges will apply if not made by me.

Care Instructions:

• Protect and enhance the longevity of your gemstones, prevent tarnishing by:
  • Avoid swimming, engaging in water activities or showering in them.
    • If wet, always remember to pat dry with a soft cloth or towel immediately to prevent tarnishing
  • Avoid contact with chemicals, such as perfumes and cleaning agents.
  • Always remove jewelry and store in an air tight bag, jewelry pouch or bag
  • Sweat may cause the metals to discolour, please use a polishing/jewelry cloth to polish or use specific metal cleaning agents.
• Avoid direct sunlight 
  • As most crystals take millennials to form deep underground, they might lose their beautiful colours when exposed to prolonged periods under the sun.
