Every crystal is naturally formed and carries the unique characteristics gifted by nature. By purchasing from Your Sixth Sense Atelier, you acknowledge and accept that each piece is one of a kind and may contain natural inclusions, textures, colour variations, surface markings, or irregularities.

Where reasonably possible, any significant visible imperfections will be highlighted during product confirmation. However, these natural characteristics are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

 

2. Spiritual & Health Disclaimer

Any metaphysical or spiritual properties shared are provided for educational, cultural, and spiritual reference only, based on widely held traditional beliefs and practices.

Some crystals may not be suitable for young children, pets, or individuals who are particularly sensitive to energetic practices. Small crystals and components may also present a choking hazard.

Please keep all items safely stored when not in use and exercise appropriate discretion. If you are uncertain about the suitability of a particular crystal, we encourage you to research further or contact us before purchase.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

While every order is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely, Your Sixth Sense Atelier is not responsible for parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged after they have been handed over to the courier or postal service.

Customers are encouraged to select tracked or insured shipping options where available.

 

5. Limitations of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Your Sixth Sense Atelier shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, possession, use, or inability to use any products or information provided.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All product names, content, and original designs are the intellectual property of Your Sixth Sense. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

 

7. Purchasing Terms

By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a legal guardian. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

 

8. Intuition & Personal Connection

At Your Sixth Sense Atelier, every crystal is thoughtfully selected and curated with intention. While every crystal is curated with intention, how it resonates with its owner is a deeply personal experience that cannot be guaranteed.

As each individual's journey is unique, differences in personal preference, perceived energy, emotional connection, or personal expectations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

        Be Your Own Designer (BYOD):

        • All designs are created and hand-made by me, collaborated with you, for you.
        • All BYOD bracelets start from $50 and a deposit is to be paid first.
        • Restringing of all my designs are FOC

        Resizing bracelets:

        • All designed pieces, sizes 18 and up are subjected to additional resizing charges.
        • Restringing or DIY charges will apply if not made by me.
