   Each crystal is inherently natural, adorned with the imperfections bestowed by Mother Nature. By claiming and purchasing them, you embrace their unique appearances—flaws and all. I will highlight any visible imperfections to the best of my ability during confirmation, but natural inclusions, textures, or irregularities are part of their beauty and not considered defects.

   I am not liable for any lost parcels, shipping delays, or items damaged during shipment. Once your order is handed to the courier, it is out of my control. However, I will always do my utmost to ensure your crystals are packed safely and securely for their journey to you.
