- Once payment has been confirmed and closing of box is given, items will be sent out within 3 working days.
- Free delivery for orders over $200
- Delivery is made only by registered local mail or by courier
- Registered Mail - Flat fee of $5 ( 3-5 working days, handled by Postal Services)
- Express Delivery - Flat fee of $12 ( Same day delivery, >3kg items only)

I am not liable for any lost parcels, shipping delays, or items damaged during shipment. Once your order is handed to the courier, it is out of my control. However, I will always do my utmost to ensure your crystals are packed safely and securely for their journey to you.
