Zakiram Alashan Pendant (扎挤拉姆)
Zakiram Alashan Pendant (扎挤拉姆)
Zakiram, also known as "Zha Ji La Mu" (扎挤拉姆) , holds a significant place in Tibetan Culture as a revered goddess of wealth and protector deity. Her name, derived from Sanskrit, means "auspicious," reflecting her benevolent nature. The origins of Zakiram are intertwined with rich legends. One prominent tale suggests she was a beautiful woman from the Han region during the Qing Dynasty, whose beauty incited jealousy among local goddesses who poisoned her and cut her feet, hence she is seen with a mask with a blackened face and tongue. The Zaki Temple, originally known for praying for safety, became a temple of the Goddess of Wealth after businessmen found it efficacious in their requests for wealth.
Carved from the serene hues of Alashan Agate, this pendant embodies the fierce resilience and boundless prosperity of Zakiram, the Tibetan Goddess of Wealth. She transforms adversity into power, shielding you from misfortune while guiding you toward abundance.
Wear her as your guardian, your muse, your silent force of courage. Fortune favors the bold—are you ready to claim yours?
